Project: Holiday Road Extension (Divisions I & II)

VJ provided land surveying, legal plats, engineering design, and construction phase services for two major sewer and street extensions of Holiday Road. This project included: 11,000 square yards of PCC paving, 1800 feet of sanitary sewer, 4000 feet of storm sewer, and 46 intake structures. In addition, we prepared the assessment schedule for the adjacent property owners.

Construction Cost: $800,000.00
VJ provided land surveying, legal plats, engineering design, and construction phase services for the extension of Nordic Drive. This project included: 7,800 square yards of PCC paving, 2700 feet of storm sewer, 23 intake structures, and 2500 feet of water main.
