Over the past 20+ years, we have done countless developments, from small to large, in Eastern Iowa. Below, you will find just a glimpse of a couple projects we have done in the last year or two.
This development, done in Williamsburg, Iowa, develops 106 acres into full care, assisted living, independent living, and a memory care wing. Future expansion is slated for a nursing home, and single family condominium-type homes. KKE, the project architect, is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
This development augments the current assisted living functionality already on-site. The site comprises 20 acres, with (3) 24-unit buildings and (4) four unit buildings. The site is located in the City of Iowa City. In this case, both the developer and the architect are located out of state in Omaha, Nebraska.
